  I have not been to this store for a few years, and never had any issues in the past. I recently returned as I now have a new dog. Once I entered this store it smelt really bad, to the point of wanting to make me gag. I should have exited at that point, as it should not smell that bad. I ordered a few kg's of mince meat and felt uncomfortable doing so. The mince, once home, smelt fine. For whatever reason though, this batch of mince, my dog will not eat. Going with my gut instinct and will not be returning.

  Great place to get good quality fresh pet food at unbelievable prices. I live over a hundred kms north and buy in bulk when I'm coming down that way. Ring previous day to place an order. Friendly staff that will help load your car. Highly recommend

  I have purchased dog food from this company numerous of times. I thought maybe i just purchased a bad batch of food that smelt/stink and was not cooked correctly. So as i purchase 4 at a time freeze 3 and use 1 over 3 days (as recommended) by day 2 the food stinks as it is off. I purchased another batch of 4 and no issue..Then i purchased another batch of 4 and once again they stink as if it was off. I spoke to the owner about the issue and was told it must have been a bad batch. Purchased another 2 (this time i was not purchasing 4) and once again they smelt as if it was off. I will NEVER go there again to purchase food for my dogs.Absolutely DISGUSTING
